Finally painting the front door!!

This is a project I have been wanting to do for a while now....

I painted our front door black!


Here is a before shot:

I sanded the varnish off and left a rough surface for the new paint to stick to:

Half-way done with the first coat of paint, I like the way it looks so far!!

And finally, an after pic.
I'm happy with the results!

I painted the outside of the front door too, more on that coming in another post.
